1. About N-Artworks
N-Artworks is operated by sole proprietor N-Artworks Damian Niewczas, based in Poland. N-Artworks creates and distributes digital add-ons, visual enhancements and related digital content for PC games, including Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator.
In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to N-Artworks. “You” refers to the customer.
2. Products
Our products are downloadable digital files, including textures, visual assets and related mod files for PC games. They are unofficial third-party digital add-ons and are not official products of the game developers or publishers. Euro Truck Simulator 2, American Truck Simulator and all related trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
3. Checkout, payment and reseller
Purchases are processed through Payhip. Payhip provides the checkout, payment processing, digital delivery and applicable tax handling where required.
For applicable digital product sales, Payhip may act as the reseller or merchant of record. N-Artworks does not operate its own checkout system on this website and does not collect or store payment card details, PayPal account details or other payment credentials.
4. Prices and taxes
Product prices are shown at checkout. Any applicable VAT, sales tax or similar charges are calculated during checkout based on the customer’s location and the rules applied by the checkout provider.
5. Delivery
After successful payment, customers receive access to their purchased digital product through a secure download link provided by the checkout platform. Delivery is digital only. No physical product is shipped.
6. License and permitted use
When you purchase a product from N-Artworks, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own non-commercial gameplay.
You may not:
- resell, redistribute, share or re-upload the files,
- include the files in paid or free mod packs, collections or bundles,
- claim the work as your own,
- modify the files for redistribution, resale or public release,
- use the files for any commercial purpose without written permission from N-Artworks.
7. Updates
We may provide updates to improve the product, fix issues or maintain compatibility with new game versions. Access to updates may be included for the product you purchased, but we do not guarantee updates for any specific period of time or for every future game version.
8. Refunds
Our refund rules are described in detail in the Refund Policy.
9. Technical requirements
Our products require a properly installed legal copy of the relevant base game on PC and sufficient hardware performance. We cannot guarantee a specific frame rate, performance level or compatibility with third-party mods, custom mod orders or unsupported game versions.
10. Support
Support is provided by email where reasonably possible. To help us process support requests faster, customers should include their purchase email address, product name, current game version, a clear description of the issue and, where relevant, screenshots or log files.
11. Liability
Use of mods is at your own risk. N-Artworks is not liable for loss of save games, files, mods, data, game progress or other indirect losses resulting from installation, incorrect installation, conflicts with third-party mods or use of our products.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the customer’s country of residence.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
