1. Who we are
N-Artworks is operated by sole proprietor N-Artworks Damian Niewczas, based in Poland. For the limited personal data we receive and use, N-Artworks is the data controller.
2. No forms or internal checkout on this website
This website does not contain customer accounts, newsletter sign-up forms, contact forms or an internal checkout system. Purchases are completed through Payhip.
N-Artworks does not collect or store payment card details, PayPal account details or other payment credentials on this website.
3. Checkout and third-party processing
When you purchase a product, checkout is handled by Payhip and/or the selected payment provider. Information entered during checkout is processed by those providers according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Depending on the checkout process, Payhip and/or payment providers may process information such as your name, email address, billing details, IP address, payment status and tax-related information.
4. Data received by N-Artworks
N-Artworks may receive limited order information from Payhip or the checkout provider, such as:
- customer email address,
- order or transaction ID,
- purchased product name,
- purchase confirmation and payment status,
- information needed for product delivery, updates, accounting and support.
If you contact us for support, we may also process the information you voluntarily provide, such as your message, screenshots, game logs, product details, game version and purchase email address.
